Some of what our hardworking team is up to.
Brookline Spring 2023:
The Brookline Spring 2023 project is centered around a large open concept kitchen. Our team built numerous temporarily walls to support the house while a large steel beam was nested into the second floor joists. This will allow for a seamless open concept kitchen. This project is also incorporating an addition off the front of the garage for a mudroom. In order to accomplish this a new foundation and slab are being poured.
Newton Centre
The upper unit in this two family home is a full remodel including raising the ceiling height on the third floor. Working with a structural engineer, FCC developed a plan to give the clients more headroom in the third floor of their home. Also included in this renovation is a new kitchen and two new bathrooms
