We have known Casey for many years. Over the years, he has completed both interior and exterior projects for us, including installing spectacular built-ins, new closets, and storage shelving; re-framing and updating our porch and shed with new lattice; replacing doors; and creating a beautiful wainscoting in our dining room. This spring of 2020, FCC Design Build replaced exterior trim and shingles, taking all precautions during Covid. The job was expertly planned, completed on time, and on budget. Our property was clean and safe throughout the project.
Best of all, Casey is a wonderful person. He answers every question, and addresses every concern, caring to delivering exactly what we envision for our house. His work ethic, honesty, and communication skills are beyond compare.

My family and I moved into a newly renovated home in Brookline. Five months later we had a major flood in the 2nd floor bathroom and bedroom causing us to gut remodel our kitchen, bath, bedroom, and basement. FCC came highly recommended from a co-worker, and in the bidding process to renovate our home, we found a superior and more detailed level of communication covering all aspects of the project, and a very apparent level of construction expertise and creative value-adding skills, gave us more confidence that the project would be completed in the right way, and on time with FCC.
The costs were presented in a very detailed, and transparent way. This approach enabled us to tailor the project by adjusting scope to meet both price, and more importantly schedule constraints. We had a limited amount of time out of the house that was covered by insurance. At the start of our project, FCC’s electricians mother passed, disrupting the rough wiring schedule, and then Covid happened. FCC problem solved, and continued to adjust their efforts in order to do everything they could to get us in on time. Casey assured me that he would hit our targeted move in date with a finished product and they delivered to the original schedule despite the pandemic that was shutting down the whole world at the time, and also maintained an excellent level of communication throughout the project.
Casey and his team were extremely safe, very knowledgeable of the constantly changing rules and guidelines affecting their work, and followed all state guidelines. We recently moved back into our home and could not be happier with the end product! I cannot recommend Casey & FCC enough and look forward to working with them in the future.

My experience with FCC Design Build has been exceptional! At the beginning of my renovation project in October 2021, I had thought that I could be my own contractor, but after a few weeks, I realized I needed serious help. FCC was a referral from a trusted friend (who had had them renovate her whole house several years ago), and I’m glad I listened! I could not be happier with the entire process and the outcome of my project.
Even through some unavoidable pandemic and supply chain issues, FCC communicated with me at every step and involved me in all the important decisions. They clearly understood my timeline, and when necessary, we came up with alternatives that worked with the design parameters and my budget.
